| Fast Plans is an easy-to-use, highly automated CAD program for designing the floor plan of a house (see screen shot). It produces design layouts to professional standards. It features automatic insertion of windows; single, double, and sliding doors; and external and internal walls. You can automatically draw complete rooms with dimensions and text, up to three stories, and electrical plans. The easy layout allows you to move rooms around, change sizes, rotate, and more. This version features undo/redraw functions and the ability to alter a complete room, move internal walls, change to the exterior wall marking, and more. The shareware version limits the number of walls, rooms, and windows, and you cannot save bitmaps. The fully functional registered version costs $65.
