Converting Leads into Sales!

If you only email you will NEVER sell anything.  You will become more and more frustrated.

Let me suggest this :

In Admin Console :: Lead Manager.. Turn ON your SMS function (All phones can do it)  Then when a lead comes in, you call the person within 3 -5 minutes.. ask them if you can PERSONALLY help them at all.. Let them know that if they have any questions you are there at their beck and call...

Remember: A website doesn't sell houses!  It creates a starting point for a RELATIONSHIP w/ a person who is looking to buy or sell a house.  You have to pursue that relatively agressivly if you want to really make money.  If you dont contact them within 3-4 minutes, 9 times out of 10 they're going to be on someone elses site who WILL contact them immediately!

If you follow this advice, you will convert your leads into sales.  You will actually get sales from your leads and be much less frustrated!
